This cuvee is mainly elaborated with grapes from our vineyard in Aÿ. The Pinot Noirs, aged in barrels, mix with Chardonnays in the same proportions.
A five-years ageing in cellars enables aromas to develop for these great Champagnes that our House perfectly knows how to elaborate. Honey, spices, and flowers usually characterize our Vintaged Cuvees.
